美国众议院外交委员会刚通过一个提案-不承认中国对台湾的主权

提出对台外交六准则或六项保证，要求美国政府也一并遵守。
1，不设置停止对台军售的日期，就是不停止对台军售。
2，不修改与台湾关系法。
3，不在对台军售前与中国政府协商也不通知。
4，不充当两岸的调停人
5，不改变对台湾主权的立场，不强迫台湾进行和谈，中国只能和平解决问题。
6，不承认中国对台湾的主权。

里根在同中国签订817公报前几天，给台湾了一个口头的六项保证，无人签名，只有一张打印的纸。
这次是美国国会重新承诺这六项保证。不同的是这次有众议院外交委员会签名。
