A few questions:

1. Are monks in Yushu immune to earthqueack, if themself were victims that need help, how can they went to offer rescue.

2. What is the total number of monks in Yushu? If they are all survived, could they launch rescue before such a massive earthqueak? And provide resources for the victims.

Such massive earthquarck affected everybody in Yushu, rescue can just come from outside the earthquack zone.
