| eBay (spent $100 for 2 lens) - I have no time to shop around outside of my work, but can surfing for deals. 1) A 50 mm 1.8 - a trash (this one is so bad that I am not even like to put it on my camera. So, I bought another new one from Amazon instead). 2) A 24 mm 2.8 - fair condition, has one visible spot of the front glass. Good for walk-around rough neighborhoods. The pictures above are the works of this lens) I took some close-ups with this lens, they turned out to be acceptable - and that is good enough for me to take pictures in low light/proof of delivery situations. I will keep this lens for this purpose. Recently, I spent quite a bit of money on the new and old photo equipment lately. Also bought 2 set of Nikon D50s for my two sons (late teens) and let them learn the basics of photography (and try to keeping them away from the computer/internet games, otherwise they will glue their asses on the computer chairs all the time.) Well, I really like your Canadian pictures - are you in Ontario most of the time? What do you think about spending a few days photo-trip in the Niagara Fall, Montreal or Quebec? |
