Workforce has two options, either subject to private authority, like private companies, or subject to public authority, like state-owned companies. After working for private authorities for some years, we conclude working for public authority is much better, at least there is no lay-off, who cares about corruption.  When private authorities exploited us, lay-off workers, torture our soul. You think they have right to do that, there is no corruption.
