Chinese Army constructs post south of Ladakh's Spanggur Tso
Satellite images over a period of the last one and half months indicate that Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has been constructing new road South of Spanggur Tso.

China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) on the intervening night of August 29 and 30 surreptitiously intruded into India beyond their claim line south of Pangong Tso below India's Thakung post. Indian Army unit was alert and pushed the Chinese soldiers back.
India has occupied strategic heights on the south bank of Pangong lake, including Rechin La, to keep a close vigil on China and ensure it doesn't repeat such night operations. The Indian Army now enjoys an advantageous position by holding these mountain tops.
China has threatened India to move its troops back from Rechin La without mentioning the other areas.

China's Back-Stabbing
The Chinese PLA has been playing the game of deceit with India in eastern Ladakh undermining India's sovereignty since 1950s.
Recently, China occupied the Ridgeline above Finger 4 in North of Pangong Tso along with many locations in Depsang, Galwan, Hot Springs and Gogra much beyond the Chinese claim line.
Many efforts by China to resolve the issue at military and diplomatic levels have failed to yield any qualitative results, especially at disengagement and de-escalation in Pangong Tso.
Construction of New Road and Post
The satellite images over a period of the last one and half months indicate that Chinese PLA has been constructing new road South of Spanggur Tso.

The road constructed after July 13, 2020 clearly suggests that the Chinese PLA is once again preparing to consolidate its transgressions.
The PLA took less than a month to build this new post at a height of 5,100m with a proper road leading to it.
The new Chinese post can receive direct signals from all major heights where China has deployed remote control surveillance equipment without any manpower, especially Black Top, so that it may not be detected by the Indian Army posts around.
India's Advancements in Electronic Surveillance
India's electronic surveillance in the border areas has improved considerably with great advancements made in the field.
The equipment deployed in this sector seem to have done a great job by providing early warning of Chinese movements to the Indian troops in Thakung and other posts around.
This new post with its equipment profile could be the main irritant for India to go and occupy dominant heights in this area, especially the Black Top

China must understand that it is facing an advanced battle-hardened military which has lost its patience making a bully understand logic.
