let me tell you what the problem is: India lacks powerful space rocket, the best of it in India is GSLV Mk III, with 640 tons total weight, it can only carry about 4 tons into space. although it was aimed to carry 10 tons and claim it can carry 8 tons, however, in fact, it never launched anything more than 4 tons into LEO. its payload to total weight ratio is 0.00625

now compare to other countries: JP H-IIB total weight 531 tons, payload LEO, 8 tons ratio 0.015 Russia Soyuz fg total weight 312 tons, payload LEO, 7 tons ratio 0.022 USA falcon total weight 531 tons, payload LEO,13 tons ratio 0.023

China, CZ 2 F weight 493 tons, payload to LEO 8.6 tons, ratio 0.017

India GSLV Mk III' s payload to total weight ratio is the lowest, (2-almost 4 times worse than other countries), with this kind rocket, India will not catch up anything in space.﻿
